A longer edge means longer cutting time. High Speed Steel (HSS) blades are superior to High Carbon Steel (HCS) blades. HSS blades have a higher cutting performance and are more durable due to their rigidity and higher frictional temperature capability. HSS blades are designed for sawing Plastics and Wood (up to 50mm), soft Copper pipe (AS/NZS 1571 pipe standard only) and very thin soft metals (including Aluminium and Copper) up to 2mm. This Blade is made with the Multi Fit Standard attachment design. This blade will fit most multi function tools. Not all multi function tools are compatible.
